5. Scope of Services (General Overview)
Danirez performs one or more services for customers including—without limitation—consulting, education, configuration, troubleshooting, software support, hardware support, setup, optimization, device assistance, and installation.
Descriptions below are general examples only and do not guarantee specific results.
Customer outcomes vary based on device condition, limitations, and user needs.

6. Appointments & Scheduling Policy
Appointments are scheduled with date and time specificity.
If a customer does not answer or appear at the scheduled time, a 5-minute grace period will be granted.
If not reached during that window, the appointment may be canceled and must be rescheduled.
7. Services; Assumption of Risk
When anyone representing Danirez—including employees, partners, associates, contractors, or individuals operating under the Danirez name—performs a service:

Danirez is not responsible for damages before, during, or after services
This includes (but is not limited to) loss or damage:

Physical
-
Digital
-
Data-related
-
Emotional / mental
-
To property or persons
Customer also assumes responsibility for:

Any damage caused to Danirez property/tools by the customer or associates of the customer; such damage will be billed at replacement cost.
Danirez personnel are responsible for damage to Danirez-owned equipment caused by themselves.
8. Billing, Pricing & Calculations
Danirez uses internal proprietary calculations to determine service-based final bills.
Five variables contribute to final pricing:

Flat rate cost

Service cost
-
Hourly cost
-
Transportation cost
-
Taxes
Because variables differ customer to customer, final bills differ—even for similar services.
Danirez reserves the right to change pricing and variable amounts.
All flat-rate service prices are displayed on their respective service pages.
There are no hidden fees — all items in a final bill will be disclosed before payment.
9. Discounts

Discounts are valid only during posted effective periods.

Danirez may create, modify, or revoke discounts at any time.

Customers agree discounts may be revoked at any time.
10. Payments & Stripe
All payments are processed via Stripe, and use of Stripe constitutes agreement to Stripe’s terms.
Danirez is not responsible for:

Payment errors

Processing failures
-
Stripe-related fraud or security issues
11. Billing Errors & Adjustments
Because calculations are manual and variable, mistakes may occur.
If over-charged → refund of the over-charged portion.
If under-charged → customer must pay remaining balance.
Unpaid balances after a deadline set by Danirez may be submitted to collections; customers may be responsible for legally allowed collection costs.
12. No-Refund & Final Sale Policy
All sales, final bills, and payments are final and non-refundable, except for confirmed over-charges as described in Section 11.
No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or performance.
13. No Warranties
The Website and services are provided “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE.”
No warranties (express or implied) apply, including:

14. Limitation of Liability

16. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Website—including Danirez IP, licensed IP, and third-party IP—are protected and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written authorization.
17. Prohibited Use

Reverse engineer software

18. Modifications
